YAY i went for a bike ride and I am glad that I did and I really hope that I can loose the weight and get to a good and healthy weight by the beginning of summer. That was my cardio excercise today and now I am goin to do toniing with 100 crunches 20 leg lifts both legs 40 leg lifts each leg 10 push ups and some streching so YAY today was a good excercise day but sundays r my binge day and then I get back on track for the rest of the week i am 179 right now and will soon be 160 ASAP as long as i keep tryin. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
