I've just started my "losing weight plan" today so this is how I went.. tell me how u think I did.. I ate 1250 Calories and about 16.3 grams of fat (I ate no junk food)and like 8 glasses of water or more..and I did 10min running 7min skipping then a whole bunch of toning... but anyways my basic plan for my new diet thing is this.. tell me what you think and how much I will lose =DFor FOOD I am trying to make it a good variety of food (yogurt, fruit 2 go snacks, granola bars, fruit, veggies, fish, bread, etc.) and am aiming to eat 1200-1400 calories a day. For EXERCISE: Monday- I have gym in school for an hour Tuesday- I am gonna think of some kind of exercise for 30 minutes (dancing, swimming, biking, etc.) Wednesday- Gym in School- 1hour Thursday: Gym in School-1hour Friday&Saturday: I will think of my own thing to do and Sunday: My day of rest :) For TONING: I am doing the following things everyday except sunday.. and I might add in pilates once a week not sure yet.. but here it goes so far: 30 squats against a wall, 20 Bicep Curls (10 for each arm), 10 Chest Presses, 20 Calf Raises, 30 Side Leg Circles, 30 Crunches, 30 Scissors, 36 Plank Raises, 20 Twists, 30 Bicycle Crunches, 30 Sit-Ups, and 30 Leg lifts... some of the things I didn't know the name so I named them something lol but tell me how much you think it will take me to lose 25lbs HEALTHILY and if there's anything I should add.. thx :)
