I am 17 years old and weigh 195 pounds. I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks. I've been using Wlak Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. If your are trying to lose weight, this video will do the job! I have struggled with weight my entire life, and one day I said no more. First you need to set goals, short and long term goals. Then you need to figure out a plan that's good for you. Exercise regularly and watch what you eat! I know once in a while, you'll get tempted at a resturant and see a good looking cheesecake. All you have to do is eat in moderation and cut the cheesecake in half, you don't have to eat the whole thing.(Here's a little tip: when you go out and eat, resturants usually give you a lot of food, u don't have to eat the whole thing, take water and pour it over your food after you are done eating. Don't eat the food b/c it's there and u didn't finish eating!) Dieting does not have to be strict, look at it as changing your eating habits and making better choices. Instead of eating a cookie grab a fruit and so on. Also make sure you intensify your workout, for example if you walk a mile a day in 60 mintues, try doing it in 40 or even 30 mintues, or u could just add weights. Remember it took you a long time to get this way and it will take you a long time to take it off.DON'T GIVE UP!! You are not doing this for your b/f or g/f or anybody else but for yourself, because you are worth it!!!!!!!!
