Ok I weigh 180 I only gained a pound that whole week which is cool cuz i really binged and didnt excercise too much but it most of been enough and I have been eatin breakfast so my metabolism may be gettin higher and can digest some of the stuff I eat but I want to be able to be 160 by may 26th that is 20 pounds in like 2 months do you think I can do it well more like 1 and 1/2 months but still it isnt that long. I am going to try really hard not to have any more pop or maybe 1 or 2 a week but not a pop everyday and I will eat healthier and loose this weight. I want to be at 135 for homecoming next fall I am 180 now is this possible. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
