Eureka! If you are lazy this the perfect way to lose weight. if you lose 2 pounds a week then you would lose 8 pounds a month. just concentrate on 2 days a week which you should really watch what you eat and excercise.you should excercise on a regular basis so you dont gain any more weight then you lose. somebody tell me if this is a good idea or if i have finally lost my brain.
