In order to lose weight with slim fast of course i had to exercise so i brought the lateral thigh trainer and i also walk to and from school and i try to jump rope about 150 strokes a day.It's a great diet and it works i lost 13 pounds in a month on it but i stuck to it perfectly and i had a sensible dinner and 3 healthy snacks a day.This is my first diet but im so happy i tryed slimfast.I was thinking about going to on of those expensive diet places that would of cost me 500 dollers and you pay that up front.You dont need that because all they tell you is to eat less and exercise when you already know that.If you want me to answer any of you questions just email me at ssicamiss@aol.com and title you email bbye and good luck
