If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From danielle, Age 13 Right now im eatin 3 square meals a day and if i run 30 minutes a day and do like 150-200 situps and crunches everyday can i lose 40lbs by june?..july?..if not when.. CUZ I NEEDA KNOW!..so if i do all these things when should i be able to have lost 40 lbs? THANX! more ppl post a message for me PLEASE!!... thats the whole point of this! |
