If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From lindsay, Age 15 hey well i have gairned like 25 pounds since i got measured for dance soo it really sucks csaue i have pictures in like a 1 1/2 months and need to lose it fast so i think im going to run 3 miles and do lunges and a lil arm weights but not much and than oly eat mixed fruit and ALOT of veges.. for that time.. than after pics go back to my normal eaiting.. can anyone tell me if i can do it PLEASE COMMENT! thanks |
