hey guys..guess what! I know It's not that big of a deal but I lost 2 pounds by just cutting my calories down to 1500 the last couple of days. I feel great and I can see it when I put on my clothes. I went from 145 to 143. My first Mini goal is 140..Then 135..and so on. My ultimate goal is 110. I know I can do It but I realize it will take some time. I want to be 110 by summer but I know that would be impossible..I do however want to be 110 by the time next school year starts. Thank you guys so much for all of the support. This site really helps. It motivates me..And I have a few buddies that really help. I'm always here to talk to if anyone needs a friend or a buddy..bye guys
