If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lyndz, Age 17 Hi...I stumbled upon this site almost a year ago, and at the time I weighed 185 lbs. (i'm about 5'6") At one point in my life, i weighed 219 lbs. It's been awhile since I've been here, but I am happy to say that right now I am 153 lbs. I've been dieting for 6 months, and have lost 30 lbs. That may seem very slow, but I took the month of december off of my diet. I run at 6.2 speed on the treadmill for 30 mins, and walk at 4.0 for another 30 mins 5 days a week. I am still not happy with my body. I eat 1200 - 1400 cals/ day, and I am thinking of cutting carbs to get to my ultimate goal of 130 lbs. Any suggestions? |
