I did some research on the green tea thing and i actually was very impressed with what i saw. It apparently reduces the amount of simple carbs and fat that is absorbed into your body, thereby you only have a limited amount of simple carbs which is good cause they are the main enemy against losing weight, and the amount of fat, which is also brilliant. one more thing tho, are capsules better than tea bags? or are they both all good?
