Hey guys! I havent been here in forever! I just read your post chelsea and that's awesome about the trainer and stuff I hope that works out. Sarah I also read your post and I know how u feel about coming to this site for so long and nt really seeing much change. I didnt see any posts from anne so I hope everything is going well with her. I haven't weighed myself in forever, my new goal is to just get in shape and eat healthy, I started jogging four days ago and I actually kinda like it.. 4 days ago i could barely jog 1/4 of a mile without fainting and now im up to 1/2 mile and hoping to be able to jog 1 mile without stopping and at a pretty good pace by the end of may. I will try to come here more, but I hope you are all doing okay. From the few posts I read some people seem pretty upset with themselves, I don't know if this will work for you but try stepping back and don't think about the weight think of becoming healthier and in the long run (the only way to losing weight and keeping it off is changing your lifestyle)you will see change and feel better too!
