Hey y'll. I found that lately I haven't been able to lose weight. So I cut back and some did come off but then lately i jumped up my calorie intake 200 more. Instead of gaining i'm losing even faster than before. Do anybody have any reason to why this is?? Is it just for some weird reasons this is happening and one day i'll wake up and be 10 pounds heavier because i'm eating more???
