I'm going to start to try and lose weight again.. I am really determined after reading the success storie :) I just have a few problems.. My dad is European so if you know Europeans they like to eat a lot, but my dad is all muscle so he never gains a pound! The thing is that he will always be like "Eat,Eat" and I will tell him I'm okay and he will put the food in front of me. Another problem for me is that my dad makes homemade soup.. it has a bunch of vegetables, meat, canola oil, water, etc. in it but whenever I eat it I don't know how many calories I'm consuming. So does anybody know how I could figure it out?? Those are basically my two main problems, hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance :)
