Message Replying To From chelsea, Age 15 hey guys. I was doing so well and got to 140.5 from 147 and now I'm 143 cuz I've been messing up. I know It's not the end of the world..however I do feel really bad about it. I'm just gonna start all over tomorrow. I have a camping thing on the 21st of this month and I'd love to be 135 by then. If I'm not I'm still gonna go and have a good time cuz I know I won't be able to lose 8 pounds. I'm gonna try though. I still have my trainer and I have muscles starting to show up and I feel more motivated then I did when I first started but I still have my doubts about being able to do it. I'm not sure what to eat cuz I want to build muscle and melt the fat off. To be a healthy weight I have to be 128 or lower and my goal is 120..it was 110 and then 115 but then I told myself I have to be real about it and I saw a picture of me when I was 120 and I was gorgeous. The only thing that's gonna be different now is that I'm gonna be more toned and stronger. I'd love a diet buddy thats kind of around the same height and weight so If there's anyone who's like 5'1 and around 140-145 pounds please respond back..I'll e mail you If you leave your address.
