If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Kayleigh, Age 12 Yesterday after reading a article in a magazine about overweight teens it kinda shocked me into action. So i decided 2 b healthy and kinda diet so i had a banana for breakfast, a low fat sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner and strawberries for dessert. And a banana as a snack. If i carry on eating like this and do exercise will i lose weight??? Please reply! |
