Hey! tomorrow i am starting a new diet.. does anyone wanna join me? I am 232 lbs and 5'7 n a hurry to look good for my 8th grade graduation June 10th, neways here it is .... Morning/Night- 50 curls 30 Jumping jacks n 30 squats lay on back n do bickycle ... stretch n do arm swirls.. then drink 6-8 water bottles of water a day!!! n then breakfeast egg n juice milk or cereal not too much lunch sommin small like a sandwich yogurt fruits n veggies.. dinner-wut ever ur having cut n half or sommin then well post on here for a month with r weights n stuff n check up on each other!! i rlly wanna do it with a few of u so please post back xoxoxo luv ya all xoxoxoxoxo KriSsY
