Here is a very good healthy diet, and excerise. First, you must always make sure to excerise, so take it by steps, start with 5o sit ups, and 50 pushups the first day and for this for about 2 weeks, then the next week double it, and so on and so fourth. Instead of soda try drinking juice and lots of water, through the day, also try playing, swimming biking, blading, skating, whatever you fancy, and also try to be in some type of sport, Next, on to diet, try eating banans, apples, anything that is fruit through the day, eat 6 times a day, if you are wondering, No this is not bad, in fact its the best, this is a diet from Europe, In America, over 50 percent is obeise or overweight, so, eating 6 times a day will be good for everything of your body, next, for breakfast have some fruit maybe 3 peices. NO BREAD. eat some ceral, and some fruit, maybe some eggs. next, for brunch, eat maybe 2 pieces of fruit and a salad, then, for lunch, eat maybe on little snack such as gushers, gummys, pretty much anything but keep it at a low. then after that for snack time which is before dinner and after lunch maybe around 2, have some fruit and maybe a slice of some meat, sandwhich meat is good, then for dinner have whatever you are eating, but make it a small portion and after it eat lots of fruit, if you are going to eat Desert ( Not Recomended ) eat some low fat ice cream and a very low portion, and be sure to eat it before 10. then after that have some fruit maybe, your choice. and then go to sleep. and do this all over again, Good Luck.
