If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Kaitlyn, Age 14 People, People, People!!! stop writing stuff like I am gonna have this for breakfast and this for lunch! You are going to get sick of eating the same food and you will quit your diet and think you are a failure. Just eat whatever you have at home. Suggest to your guardian to get fruits, vegetables, lean meats(unless your a vegetarian), and whole wheat bread, dairy products such as skim milk, cheese, and other lowfat dairy products. Also, aim for a reasonable goal. If you are 5'5 there is no reason that you need to weight 110-120! Aim for something like 130-140 or more. I am 5'7 and weigh 184. My goal is 147. That is pretty reasonable. Talk to your doctor if there is any reason to weigh less than that! -hope no1 is offended- |
