Message Replying To From Brooke, Age 14 Should I power walk 1 1/2 miles EVERYDAY, or every other day? People say its better to workout 2-4 times a day, so which way would be better? EVERYDAY? or EVERY OTHER DAY? (and if its every other day, should i ride my bike moderately 1 1/2 miles on thte days in between?) P.s., this is all included with dieting and no junk food or soda!PLEASE REPLY A.S.A.P! THANX, and GOOD LUCK! |
