If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Joanna, Age 16 Okay Ive been dieting since saturday... but i got sick so i couldnt do excersize everyday! I went to the doctor and i actually weigh 5 pounds less then i thought, however, this doesnt make that big of a difference considering i weigh 215! Im on a low-carb diet and im a vegiterean so basically all i can eat it eggs, cheese, veggies, and fruit. I guess thats not that bad.... i just want to get down to 160 by the end of summer... my goal is 150.. bc im 5'6" and for some reason i actually dont look how much i weigh and i dont want to be really really skinny. It just depresses me when i see all the cute clothes i cant wear and how i look in a bathing suit is f*******scary... and summer is basically here!! my first goal is to loose at least 15 pounds by June 10th... i hope it will actually happen |
