Message Replying To From Alex, Age 15 Hello all my fellow overweight friends. I feel you, your pain, your suffering. Now, this is part of the cure already, if you dont see.. Your overweight, unhappy, and you say you lack motivation... Ahem... Second thing is willpower, yet again AHEM..... Please do yourself a favor, when your up at 9 o'clock watching tv with the popcorn in your hand stuffing your face full of that delicious crisp popcorn cernals, put it aside... Yes, it might very well be HARD to take in but put it aside. If you want to lose weight, you very well may have to (ohhh catch this) change your life. Havent you heard that before... Hmm lets see, good old reminders how to help you achieve this. When you feel hungry, you subconciously go to the fridge... right.right? yeah well once ur there bend over and put your hands on your... shall we say not so "perfect" area.... yeah there is your reminder. Also everyday when you eat, dont eat big. Yeah, eat little and alot. You can eat anything, but make sure its BALANCED, as in not just vegetables all day, no... you have to have regular protein and nutrience daily to stimulate motabolism. Its all necessary. So here we go, a daily food chart I made JUST for you guys, aint I nice :).Everyday- Around 7ish (Yeah thats when you :should: wake up) have yourself a cup of herbal tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar and (if your into it) a little drop of milk (thats british style fyi.) Take vitamin C, that is really important, every morning to have it. Next for your breakfast have a toast with margarin spread with maybe a small egg omlet. after you ate, relax for about 5-10 minutes then exercise. Here is a little fun fact, if you exercse 10 min, yes JUST 10 min at a time, but more often, it will add up jut as if you exercised 30 min non stop. So, with that said, it should be well around 7:30 when your done. around 9:00 you should feel kind of hungry, maybe even wanting a few nibbles of treats here and there.... No, stop your self, rather eat some veggies, with a low fat dip. Veggies are not good by themselves (mostly the case) so the dip helps the tedious part a bit. exercise again, 10 min prefferably. We dont want to over-do it with the exercising at first because then you lose will power and motivation because it just becomes another chore, im trying to help you make it a life style. Next it should be around 12:00, get yourself some nuts, eat and nibble on those, but yet again dont over do it, a bannana with it should ease the pain of hunger, get yourself a protein shake and drink the nuts down with it. Yet again exercise. Should be around 5:00 now, try to get your hands on some meat. Meat is always good, but not in hefty doses. Maybe a porkchop with some veggie mixed rice, and a half cup of milk. yet again, exercise. should be around 9 now, eat fruits. Never eat anything else at night. Fruits are the best I tell you, get a big red apple, trust me buster you wont be hungry after that. yet again exercise take a bath and you can call it a day. This is just a mere START, but from there you should pick up your own (let us hope) Good habits of maintaining a healthy life.
