i just did an hour of taebo, i did two hours yesterday but even though it felt great it's not an everyday thing- it's just that i had some extra time because my tennis practice was cancelled. but i'm really trying hard to lose as much as i can and look good in the next few weeks because i'm going to be going back to upward bound then and i want everyone to see how much iv'e changed since last summer. i wan't to be in the 130's by then i'm 147 again today- but at least i broke my plateau of 150. now that i'm mainly not going above the 150's and it seems permenant. my next goal is to get to 145 and stay there for a while until it looks as if i won't go above that either- then i'll keep working my way lower. good luck to all of you- bathing suit season!!!
