Message Replying To From missyK, Age 18 Today was great! This is the first official day of eating healthy for me, as I've been procrastinating for a LONG time. [Breakfast: scrambled egg, 2 pork sausages] [Lunch: can of tuna, mayo] [snack: 2 cheestrings] [dinner: 4 giant chicken drumsticks, veggies] I also did 400 jumping jacks! I'm so proud of myself! I'm low-carbing it, as you can see. This is how I ate a few months ago when I lost 8lbs in one month! |
