If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From missyK, Age 18 Just to follow up on my post below...I know it seems relatively unhealthy, considering the lack of fruits and carbohydrates. However, I needed to do this high protein way of eating to lose my cravings for sweets. It works great for me, as after a day or two of eating like this, I no longer crave cake, cookies...etc. Of course, I'm going to incorporate more veggies and fruits eventually. This is an Atkins induction menu, as many of you can tell. |
