i really like the atkins diet. it's only my second day but i haven't even been tempted to cheat. there are a lot of yummy foods and i haven't been eating too much, and i'm trying to stick with the lean meats but still get a few cups of the right veggies daily. i was 150 yesterday but i'm back down to 147 today and i'm hoping i'll be at least 145 by monday but it does come off fast. i'm also going to keep exersizing because it'll burn more carbs off and then later- the fat, and because it's just plain healthy for me and makes me feel good. i'm really confident right now- i want to lose this weight and i think i can finally finish losing it with the atkin's diet. i realize it's a life change though- but it's one i'm willing to stick to because it's not that hard. i want to lose about 12-17 pounds in the next month, which i know is a lot but i'll be losing a lot this week and the next on the atkins and then it should pretty much even out. well- i hope all of you are doing well! good luck!
