Man I am so mad I didnt loose any weight at all this week and I did pretty good with excercise but I guess I could of got some more cardio in I want to be 160 by august 27th when I go back to school and I hope I can do it. I have to be postive at least I didnt gain any weight but this isnt getting me any closer I am goin to work really hard this week since I will have a full week of summer vacation instead of half a week. I will try to run or walk or jog around my block everyday and then do toning and eat healthy. I cant wait to get to 160 maybe I can get there soon. Well good luck everyone!!!!!!!! Any advice on how I can loose some weight this week with cardio ideas taebo got a little boring but i am thinkin of runnin just wonderin?????
