Message Replying To From Karmen, Age 15 Well I have been doin ok on my diet so far, I just started Weight Wathcers with Tae-Bo Pilates, and walking,running, and joggin on my tredmill, and I do spinning on my stationary bike. I hope to loose 2 lbs a week because i need to be 130 pounds. Well thats all for today |
