i'm 143lb.s today! that's 7 pounds down since friday on the low carb diet and i've lost some inches too. my pants are riding a little low. yay. and i ate badly today- not for my diet but i don't usually eat like this- i usually eat healthier but this is what i ate and it's not even cheating! i ate bacon and eggs for breakfast, shrip, chicken and broccli for lunch from the chinese resteraunt, and i ate a slimfast low carb snack bar which was yummy and i even had a diet rootbeer float with no sugar added ice cream that was only 4 carbs. i'm having a lot of fun on this diet- but i usually eat better foods keep in mind. i'm just happy that today i met my 30 lb weight loss mark today!
