hey lisa- the atkin's plan isn't a diet pill or weight loss patch. it's a diet where you eat only 20g carbohydrates for the first two weeks and then add on 5g carbs every week afterwards. it's a lifestyle cahnge but you lose a lot on it. go to www.atkins.com to learn more about it...just make sure you do a lot of reasearch before you go on it with the foods and such because it's all or nothing and if you cheat it won't work...
