Message Replying To From SARAH, Age 12 hey, i try running for an hour everyday, but i get really tired from even just jogging after the first like 2 minutes. So i tried to use my dads stair master which is like that stair thing, and i get tired from that in like 10 min. and i dont burn any calories in that amount of time really, so i just walk two miles a day but i dont burn enough calories in that amount of time. does anyone no any good suggestions? |
