well guys..here I am again..but this time..I went back a couple steps. I'm 139 again..I did get down to 135.5. I'm not going to beat myself up over it i guess. Today I started a vegan lifestyle..that I plan to stick with throughout my life..I think its interesting as well as healthy and It helps you give up all those terrible foods with out wanting them because you doing it as a way of life..I'm also going to start exersizing tomorrow..I missed my trainer today for some reason but I wont see her until mon..bye the way I havent seen her in like 2 weeks because weve both been busy. I will jog and walk for exersize until she does see me..maybe some sit ups too. I just feel so mad at myself..I would really like to reach my goal by school next year but I know It wont happen..so I'm going to give it time. Good luck everyone!!
