Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 14 Here are some exercize tips for people who can't buy exercize videos/machine or go to the gym.. :Walk everyday for 30 munites or ride your bike for 30 munites..Jump rope in ur home or outside.use the stairs instead of the elevatortry to use non modern things.. like instead of using ur remote control stand up and push the buttons!hope this helps i am doing that :D |
