Hey,I was a pretty lean freshman, and in the past year, I blew up like a balloon, it seems. I just started eating junk, because I work a lot, and my clothes started getting tight. I noticed it first when i sat down in my house, and my work pants split down the middle. Then, my parents had to start buying me new shirts cuz i didn't fit my old work clothes. I started picking up a lot of weight and it got kind of out of control. My stomach got really big, and thats when i got kind of embaraased by the whole thing,b ecause i wasn't used to being so big. I want to say I was close to 245 when I realized I had to take care of some of the weight. it was mainly wanting to fit into clothes properly, instead of squeezing into something I couldn't wear. I've been watching what I eat, and have lost a little bit of weight. I am 6'1 and weight about 230(now). But, i want to start some kind of excercise regiment. I mainly want to excercise for a better stomach. I have big love handles, and kind feel like gettign rid of them. Weight problems, as well as eating problems, kind of run in my family, so i want to beat that. Any suggestions?
