Okay. So .. yesterday i was reading up things about aspartame, adn the whole memory loss, and how diet pop actually can make you fat if you drink too much, becuase it makes excess pockets to store the acid or something like that! ( not to go too far into detail). anyway, i bought a 32 oz. water bottle, and the past two days i haven' t had any pop, only 64 oz+ of water a day , which is 8 glasses. So far i haven't lost anything, and i'm still trying to conquer the headaches from my addiction to caffeine!! But im NOT giving in!!
