Message Replying To From Journey, Age 15 hey there i have been riding my bike everyday for the last week about 3 - 5 miles a day and haven't lost any and i also wasn't eating as much why could this be i figured that if i didn't eat as much and rode my bike that much that i would at least have lost 2-5 pounds can any one answer my question of why this could be thanks a lot ~Journey~ |
