When I first started I was 155 lbs (5'5) and now i'm 134 lbs (5'5). All I did was eat right and walk to and from school everyday that I had to. So I just stopped taking my bus... my school is kind of far though. It's a 30 minute walk there and a 30-minute walk back. But it was worth it. Now I just want to get down to 130... or even 125 by the end of the summer. That is a VERY reasonable goal I would think. So I think I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. (What also helps is having a really active boyfriend, lol- mine loves sports).
