I'm stuck. At some points I think "I can do this" but then the next day I stuff myself with food. I havn't gained any but I havn't lost any either and I really don't want to gain any because my goal was to get under 10 stone and I did that, by 1 and a half pounds. It's hard. I'm trying to switch to skimmed instead of semi skimmed but my mum is the only one in my family who drinks skimmed milk and I asked her if I could drink it too but she doesn't buy enough for the both of us, it runs out fast. I have a holiday at the beginning of August and I wanted to lose as much as possible before then but last night I just so wanted to say "Oh what's the point, screw the whole thing" but I know I can't. And it's unusually hot here so whenever I do sit ups or lunges in my room it seems 10 times harder. I want to do it, I'm just finding it so hard. Can anyone help, like suggest new excerise I could do or what I could eat for breakfast, I'm too scared to eat toast because I don't know what to put on it. And also, how many calories should I be eating? I'm 5.2 and 139lbs.
