OKAY YOU GUYS OUT THERE WHO WANT TO LOOSE WIEGHT FALLOW THIS ADVICE AND TRUST ME IT'S EASY. OKAY I WANT TO LOOSE LIKE 30 LBS THIS SUMMER BUT I KNOW I CAN AND HERE IS WHY.IF I BURN 1500 CALORIES A DAY THAT'S A TOTAL OF 3LBS A WEEK. WHICH IS 12 LBS A MONTH WHICH IS 24 LBS IN 2 MONTHS PLUS TWO MORE WEEKS IN AUGUST. SO THAT IS 30LBS EXACTLY. ALL YOU HAVE DO IS MAKE SURE you BURN 1500 CALORIES A DAY AND BY EXERCISING EATING FEWER CALORIES. EASY AS 123
