hi everyone I have been on my weight loss thingy for about two weeks now and now i am gonna move up the ladder i have lost about 4 or 5 lbs and I am gonna keep it off, I am really happy, about that. i have come up with more ideas to loose more weight, eating turkey sandwhiches with carrots instead of chips and water or crystal light instead of soda. Whole wheat break instead of white, slimfast for breakfast, and whaever for dinner just sinceible servings. Well im off I need to exercise,bye
