hey everyone..whats up? well im 14 and weigh about 180 lbs. and im about 5'4 my waist is about 36in. and i got really big thighs,hips,legs.. thats the worst thang about me! Well i really want to atleast lose 15 lbs before school starts back aug. 7th.. but i would like ot lose up to 50lbs or 60 lbs but i kno i wont lose that much in about a month and a half.. So how many calories should i eat a day?...... to lose as much weight as a possibly can and ima try to walk.. a hour or more a day and do crunches and ride my bike for at least30min-1 hour and just get active.. well PlZ reply and give me sum support and help~ leave ur eMail... for weight loss buddy or MSn or aIm sN'z thanks!
