So, I'm sure we all know that there are TONS beyond TONS of so called health bars out there. But what im wondering is which ones are good, if any of them at all? Im looking for something that can replace my urge to buy a candy bar or something something that is sweet and maybe can be a snack but not make me feel like i've done something wrong in my diet. everytime i look them up i just get shipping information so Anyone have any suggestions or should i just stay away from those in general.
