Okay, the RUNNING THING is a running plan, three days a week (there's a certain plan, so check out SHAPE magazine to get it exactly.) but I'm doing it, and what i do is run 3 times a week, and weight train 3 or 4 times a week. I love weight training for my arms--- but My weight training plan is this: Lift weights for arms, and pilates. Weight training for my legs and abs is not my favorite thing to do, so i do pilates, it like weight training, but without those weighta. I know some of you have tried it, and it's great. By the way, in the last ten days, I've lost 3/4" on my arms, 1/2" on my waist, 1-1/2" below my waist (where i wear my jeans) 1-1/2" on my hips, and 3/4" on my thighs (each one.)
