Message Replying To From Annie, Age 14 this is from an old email I sent someone but its about portion control and stuff: For eating smaller meals, i suggest u eat a meal that is as big as ur hand. I know that sounds weird but trust me it helps. If you look @ ur hand ur palm should be the amount of meat or protein you should eat. Ur 2nd,3rd, 4th, and 5th fingers should be the amount of vegetables u eat (like salad and stuff) and ur thumb should be the amount of carbs you should eat. You may not want do start off like that right away but jusy slowly wean ur way to that amount. lol |
