Message Replying To From Marshall, Age 13 Hi I just wanted to share some tips with everyone. Here are some metabolism boosters (your metabolism is what burns fat and calories) Water is good but it doesn't raise your metabolism rate but Green Tea does. If you drink 4 cups a day it can burn 50 to 60 extra calories per day, it isn't alot but it adds up. Try to eat spicy foods because that raises metabolism too. Try to get your 3 a day of dairy like skim milk, low-fat cheese, and nonfat yogurt. Lifting weights can help you burn more calories too because that builds muscle and muscle burns mor fat and calories then fat does. I hope you take my advice and I hope the tips work for you. |
