hey i would really liek if someone could give me an excersize plan, not involving running because i dont want my mom to find out bout this, and an eating plan that can go along with what my mom gives me(breakfast - cerial w/strawberrys, lunch - chips, pbj, fruit, dinner - pasta, chicken,usually,) but i am always hungry and i drink 8+ glasses of water a day, and i dont know wat to do. someone please help me thanx
