hey guys, well my diet started 2day and i fink im doing pretty good so far so heres wot ive ate- breakfast- 30g bran-flakes, 125ml semi-skimmed milk, lunch- 2 slices of ryvita whole- grain crackers with extra light cheese spread and a low fat yoghurt. i have also done 50 sit-ups an drank lots of water. do u think this is a good start or should i make some improvements? thanx a lot *x*Lucy*x*
