Message Replying To From clifford, Age 15 Well that same site carmen went to and has posted the first post said this................ times ur weight by 11 and then to loose 1 pound a week subtract 500 cals from it so for me 181*11=1991 thats to maintain for me so 1991-500=1491 thats to loose 1 pound a week for me and 1991-1000=991 to loose 2 pounds a week so see it is ok to eat less then 1200 but only to 1000 less then ur weight times 11 and everyo once ina while u need to refigure that stats out so yea there ya go |
