hey everyuone im on the 2nd day of my diet im doing ok becuase i chew sugar free gum everytime i get a craving. tell me if my food is ok- Breakfast: 1 piece whole wheat toast and ) calorie spray butter. Lunch:3/4 hot dog on a bun and a fruit salad (banana,raspberries,cherries,watermelon and apple). and then for a snack:1 serving size of the soup (oyster) crackers. And i have taken my dog for a walk and did activitys in the backyard and i plan to do some other form of exercize today. is this good???, i feel really goood about it! :)
