hey again i did better today here goes.............b=2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter s=some wheatables l=slimfast dinner=chicken, aspargus, and some 3 cheese noodles s= a piece of cheese cake. Excercise= not alot some toning that bout it its just been sooo hott lately and we dont have airconditioning ands stuff i might go up in my room tonight and dance. I have a question...........Well I had my period in mid june not the usual time and i have the worst cramp now but no period yet whuts up with that. like i had myperiod at beginning of june and then in the middle for july and now i have cramps so i might have an extra period this year and I am really worried whut might be y i am havin bad cramps now????????/ well thanx for answering and replying on how i did today
